Albuquerque is at 11401 Menaul Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday are closed.
Las Cruces is at 715 East Idaho, Building #4, Units A and B, Las Cruces, NM 88001. Hours can change; call before visiting either office.
