IOP- Intensive Outpatient Program

IOP provides weekly group and individual therapy to help you begin a new life in recovery. You’ll learn about your substance use disorder, gain tools to live free from it, and build a strong foundation for lasting change. Whether you’re transitioning from inpatient treatment or starting within your own community, IOP offers the skills, structure, and supportive environment needed to move forward.

Early Recovery Skills (Living Clean) -

Early Recovery Skills in IOP gives you the essential building blocks for starting your recovery journey. You’ll learn to recognize and manage internal and external triggers, understand what to expect in the early stages, and explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors contribute to challenges—while discovering the power you have to change them.

Aftercare (Recovery Masterclass)-

Recovery Masterclass is an outpatient group for those further along in recovery, often IOP graduates. It offers a smooth transition from the structure of IOP into everyday life while helping you maintain recovery, deepen personal growth, strengthen relationships, and continue building community.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Two hands clasped together in support.

Individual Therapy is a safe space to apply what you learn in groups to your own life and explore where you want to go next. It helps you address the reasons behind your use, find freedom from them, and work with a counselor who supports your goals and guides you toward a life you love.

PEER SUPPORT

Peer Support Services connect you with someone who has lived the recovery journey and can offer guidance, empathy, and practical tips. They help you navigate resources, try new activities, face challenges like attending meetings, and, alongside therapy, support you in deciding your next steps in recovery.

MEDICAL PROVIDER

Our Medical Provider supports your physical and mental health, offering guidance, medically assisted treatment, and referrals as needed. You’ll learn to balance mind and body, understanding how caring for both enhances your overall well-being.
